It is the policy of TFM Services and Solutions Limited to ensure that the working conditions within the company’s undertakings are safe and healthy for their employees, and that the company operations are carried out in such a manner that the health and safety of all persons concerned, directly or indirectly, are not adversely affected.
The company is required to comply with:
- The Health and Safety at Work. Act 1974
- All other regulations made under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and other Acts which affect the health and safety of their employees and others.
These include the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, and the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations.
Directors and managers of the company are required to promote an awareness of safety in all employees and its representatives as an integral part of good management.
The company’s health and safety policy is the direct concern of all employees and its management and Directors are accountable for its implementation.
The company must issue and display statements (where appropriate) of their health and safety policies, monitor the effectiveness of these policies and amend their content where appropriate in line with the above Acts.
The Managing Director is responsible for monitoring TFM Services and Solutions Limited health and safety policy statement and safety procedures and will issue additions and amendments as necessary.
